Weekly news from Bellshill Central Parish Church

Bellshill Central Church is still open, and we'd love to see you. Whether you were here not long ago or haven't been for a long while, you will be guaranteed a warm welcome.

Bellshill Central

Sunday worship on 30th March will be held at Bellshill Central Parish Church, 346 Main Street, Bellshill. Step free access is available via the side path, disabled toilet facilities. Baby changing is available.  

We gather at 11am for our morning service, which is led by our locum minister the Revd Margaret ES Rose. All are welcome.

Activities for young folks are available during the service for any young folks that come along with you. An interactive all age talk takes place before the activities begin. Children are welcome to gather in the church with their parents.

Our service will be livestreamed via www.youtube.com/bellshillchurch, if you're not able to come along in person.

The church guild meet on Monday 31st March at 1.30pm to hold their closing social. All are welcome to come along and join the fun!

Friday April 18 – 10am to 1pm, Open Church with Words and Music on the hour at 10am, 11am, 12pm and 1pm.

ORGANIST ENTERTAINS

Our organist is preparing for the next edition and requests your input. Please pass to him your hymns from your wedding. It doesn't matter where you were married. Well compile an Organist Entertains top 10! Please contact him via organist@bellshillcentral.church by the end of March.

CHRISTIAN AID ACTIVITIES

Friday April 11, 11am to 1pm, Tea. coffee and pancakes organised by our walking group

Sunday May 4, Hot rolls served after Church, with donations for Christian Aid

Friday May 16, Concert with the Arietta Choir. Tickets available after Easter.

CLOTHES SHOW

Brian Taylor returns with his fashion clothes on Monday May 12, once again tickets will be on sale after Easter. Please mark the date in your diary.

HOPE FOR AUTISM NORTH LANARKSHIRE - meets Monday evenings at 7pm and Wednesday mornings at 10am for activities for young autistic adults in our community. please contact hope@hopeforautism.org.uk for more information.

Each week, we collect non-perishable food items, cleaning products, and toiletries for the Orbiston Neighbourhood Centre's Community Fridge Initiative. You can drop off items anytime we are open or bring them along on Sunday mornings. 

Our rainbows, guides, and brownies are now meeting again for the new session.  If you would like to join our Rainbows, Brownies, or Guides, please register online via https://www.girlguiding.org.uk/information-for-parents/register-a-child/
