Nasrin will be handling a broad range of matters including development, acquisitions, options, lettings, funding, sales and ancillary matters such as construction, warranties, licences, and easements. She also specialises in investment acquisitions and Landlord and Tenant matters.
Nasrin’s client portfolio includes pension fund providers, developers and investors. She acts for clients buying or selling one off commercial premises to large scale property.
Outside of work, Nasrin is a Manchester City councillor representing Crumpsall Ward. She has been chair of school governors and a judicial office holder for the Residential Property Tribunal and Social Security Tribunal.
