Located on Seaman Way, the Greater Manchester community has a limited selection of properties remaining before it completely sells out. Prospective buyers can benefit from a range of three and four bedroom properties remaining for first-time buyers and growing families alike.

The final homes are not expected to be on the market for long due to the demand for a picturesque location and properties designed to suit a variety of prospective buyers.

Set in Ince-in-Makerfield in southeast Wigan, the development is close to Amberswood Nature Reserve and thoughtfully-located for those who love to be out in nature.

Whilst the local area offers a wide range of fantastic schools and shops in walking distance, the heart of Wigan is a short drive away for some high street shopping or a nice meal out with the family.

For anyone interested in extra space at home, a three-storey property may be the ideal choice. Amberswood Rise offers a number of homes that meet this criteria, including the three bedroom Kingsville style home.

The Kingsville offers keen home buyers an airy open-plan kitchen on the ground floor, alongside a study that can also double-up as a fourth bedroom, a space dedicated to hobbies or a play room for children.

A generous living room can be found on the first floor, which is ideal for the entire family to relax and unwind after a long day. The living room is accompanied by the main bedroom with an en suite on the same level.

The second floor has a double bedroom and a single bedroom, as well as a family bathroom, well-suited to older children and teenagers in need of comfort in their own independent space.

Alan Watt, Sales Director at Barratt Homes Manchester, said: “We are pleased to announce the first phase of Amberswood Rise is close to completion and the community is now established at the development.

“With Wigan proving to be a popular destination for home buyers in Greater Manchester, we don’t expect the final properties to be available for very long. Prospective buyers considering a home in the area are encouraged to contact our Sales Advisers to arrange a viewing.”

Homeowners that may be struggling to find a buyer for their house and want to avoid the hassle of being in a property chain can benefit from part exchanging. Thanks to the housebuilder’s Part Exchange scheme, it guarantees the sale of the customer’s current property and eliminates the possibility of needing to wait for months for the existing home to sell.

For this scheme, Barratt Homes will arrange for two independent valuations of the home, and make its offer based on the average price of the valuations.

Amberswood Rise has a collection of three and four bedroom properties still available, with prices starting from £239,500.
