Boutique Wiltshire hotel promotes Operations Manager to Hotel Manager within just months of joining as part of significant plans to elevate offering in 2025

A boutique Wiltshire hotel has promoted its Operations Manager to Hotel Manager, signifying his ‘outstanding contributions’ to elevating its offering for 2025 and beyond.

Nick Rosescu, who joined Beechfield House as Operations Manager, will oversee all aspects of the hotel as part of his new role, focusing on enhancing guest experiences, fostering team cohesion, and driving Beechfield’s continued success.

With a hospitality career spanning over two decades and more than ten countries, Nick brings a wealth of global experience to his new role. Rising through the ranks at some of the world’s most prestigious hotel chains, including Marriott, Ritz-Carlton, and Shangri-La. He has held roles in concierge, guest relations, bar and restaurant management, and more. 

Notable positions in his career include Front Office Manager at Shangri-La Dubai, Director of Front Office Operations at The Mangrove Sanya in China, and Director of Rooms at the Sea View Resort in Thailand. 

Speaking on his plans in the new role, Nick said: “Beechfield House has an outstanding reputation for excellence, having been awarded 4 Red Stars and 2 AA Rosettes consistently over the years. Independently owned, Beechfield House offers laid-back luxury where guests and visitors can eat, swim, sleep and celebrate. Built in 1878 for a local farmer, it remained an impressive family home for ninety years until it was converted into a hotel in the late 1960s.
