Loti Fuster-Bradley, co-founder of Bandmade Merch Co., has been announced as a finalist in the Retail Business category at the 2025 Enterprise Vision Awards (EVAS) - the UK’s largest celebration of women in business.
Based in Peterborough, Loti is redefining the merchandise industry with a mission-led business that supports unsigned and independent artists. Bandmade Merch Co. offers sustainable, print-on-demand products that help musicians raise money for their careers, without compromising their values. From eco-friendly t-shirts to ethically sourced tote bags, every item is designed to empower artists and protect the planet.
With a background in events and a passion for live music, Loti saw a gap in the market and turned it into an opportunity to drive change in a traditionally waste-heavy sector. Her innovative approach has gained recognition for its environmental impact, creative thinking, and commitment to grassroots talent.
Loti is one of 144 exceptional women from across the UK to be named a finalist in this year’s EVAS, which honour female entrepreneurs who are breaking barriers and building thriving businesses.
Across 18 award categories, the finalists will now progress to the next stage, which includes interviews with an independent judging panel, a public vote, and a vibrant #EVAS2025 social media campaign.
Whilst the competition is strong, the camaraderie, collaboration, and opportunities that arise from involvement with the EVAS make this a truly exciting time for the fabulous finalists. Year after year, many go on to form partnerships, secure funding, gain media exposure, and become mentors themselves.
As part of this year’s celebrations, an exclusive EVAS Reception will be held at the House of Commons, where finalists will have the chance to connect with previous winners, business leaders, and decision-makers.
The awards will culminate in a dazzling ceremony on Friday 26 September, held in the iconic Empress Ballroom at the Winter Gardens, Blackpool. It will be a night where the spotlight truly shines on women who lead with vision and purpose. One of these finalists will also receive the prestigious Outstanding Achievement Award, recognising extraordinary business accomplishments, leadership, and contribution to the wider business community.
