Kicking off an exciting month, Derbion has announced a brand-new event, Style Lab, which will run from 10.30am to 4.30pm on Saturday 3 May, and is free to attend*.
Located outside Boots on Level 1, Style Lab will offer visitors the chance to enjoy free professional trainer cleaning at the Sneaker Spa, discover beauty demonstrations from retailers including Boots and Lush and, interact with a mystery vault for the chance to win prizes from brands including River Island, New Look, Quiz, Luke 1977, Castore, and many more.
Additionally, the centre has revealed two fun family events during May Half Term.
From 26 to 30 May, new event, Spring into Joy, will take place on Level 1 near Boots, and will give families the chance to discover creative spring-themed workshops such as bird box decorating, kite decorating, flower crown/cap decorating, bracelet making, and flowerpot decorating, alongside other activities, for just £3 per child**.
Plus, Derbion will host free live story telling sessions for children on 29 and 30 May as part of the Derby Book Festival. The free-of-charge sessions*** will take place in a themed reading area on Level 2, with optional donations to the centre’s charity of the year, Over The Wall Camp, encouraged.
