The FSA's website shows that Gurkha Express, on Nottingham Road, was awarded the top mark following an inspection on April 26.
The FSA has also awarded three-star ratings to Delhi, on Nottingham Road, Eastwood, after an inspection on March 27, and Queen's Head on Main Street, Watnall, after assessmet on March 28.
It means that of Broxtowe's 80 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 58 have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
