James Walker-Gurley polled 1,326 votes to take the Eastwood seat ahead of Broxtowe Council leader Milan Radulovic (Brox Alliance) on 898 with Will Mee (Lab) third on 411.
Over in Nuthall & Kimberley, James Rawson polled 1,253 to win the seat from Conservative Philip Owen on 1,086 with Peter Bales third for Labour on 894.
Glyn Pepper was elected for Reform in the Greasley & Brinsley seat, polling 1,679 to win by a big margin from Kashmir Purewal (Con) on 690 and Kane Oliver (Bronx Ind) on 487.
Reform also swept to success in Selston as Dawn Justice claimed the seat for them by more than 1,000 votes, polling 2,398 to win ahead of David Martin (Ash Ind) on 1,156 and Tai Adgebite for Labour on 279.
Reform are currently heading for victory while Philip Owen is one of several high-profile councillors to lose their seat with Independents group leader Jason Zadrozny and Labour leader Kate Foale also falling - the latter to Teresa Cullen of the Broxtowe Alliance.
