Eastwood Hall on Mansfield Road, Eastwood was given the rating following an inspection on February 12.
Two other Broxtowe venues, Greenhood Coffee House in Beeston and Mighty Monsters Soft Play in Stapleford, were also awarded five-star ratings at the same time.
It means that of Broxtowe's 156 similar establishments with ratings, 117 have ratings of five stars and none are rated zero.
