Eastwood students brighten up the town with striking street art

Four talented year 10 pupils from Hall Park Academy in Eastwood recently had the exciting opportunity to work alongside renowned Nottingham street artist Anna Wheelhouse as part of a community regeneration project.

Art students from Hall Park Academy have been brightening up part of Eastwood.

Led by teacher Nathan Barlow, the students helped transform the allotment gates in Eastwood with vibrant, eye-catching designs that have already made a significant impact on the area.

The colourful artwork has been met with an overwhelmingly positive response from residents, who have expressed their appreciation for the fresh, uplifting addition to the town.

Many community members are calling for more projects like this to continue brightening up Eastwood and fostering a sense of pride in the area.
