Nottingham Forest Community Trust is hosting another free wellbeing event in Eastwood this weekend.

Nottingham Forest Community Trust is hosting two wellbeing events in Eastwood this month.

Taking place at Eastwood Town FC, attendees can expect a range of family-friendly activities, essential resources, and practical advice, including:

Family-friendly activities - whether you're young or young at heart, enjoy a range of activities, including trust-led football sessions to get everyone moving, this includes walking football.

Health and wellbeing information, including body MOTs and health checks with professionals, heathy lifestyle tips from Your Health Notts, and advice on managing the cost of living and saving energy from E.ON Next.

Healthy snacks and meals providing fuel your family with complimentary healthy snacks and refreshments from Working Mans Kitchen, plus, take home pre-prepared nutritious meals that are easy to cook and enjoy together.

Local services and support in which people can browse a ‘market stall’ set-up featuring local organisations, offering resources and support tailored to the Eastwood community.

The events are also a chance for people to connect with local services and learn about opportunities to enhance their wellbeing.

Whether you’re looking for ways to improve your physical health, save on energy costs, or simply spend quality time with your family, the events have something for everyone.

These event will be on Sunday, February 23 from 11am to 1pm.
