Jessie Chambers’ story is encompassed in a series of tales that include local people and societies and will be shared with the public at the unveiling of her recently acquired seascape painting at the DH Lawrence Museum.
Haggs Farm Preservation Society team members Andrew Cooper and Kate Foster will give a talk about the vital connection between DH Lawrence, Jessie Chambers, and Haggs Farm on Friday 6th September 2024. This will be followed by the unveiling of the painting alongside some refreshments.
The event is FREE for all to attend, however tickets must be reserved in advance.
