Family-owned independent housebuilder Briar Homes Limited Scotland has been shortlisted in four different categories at the Scottish Home Awards for its Meadowood development in Garthamlock.
The four categories are; Housing Development of the Year (Small Private Sale), Show Home of the Year, Starter Home of the Year and House of the Year for The Ash, all at Meadowood. The highly sought-after Meadowood development consists of just 22 stylish three-bedroom homes, including detached, semi-detached, and terraced properties, creating a close-knit community.
