Andy and his team have handled a steady flow of corporate transactions including management buyouts, share sales and business sales, reorganisations and demergers. He has also advised on complex contractual arrangements and has particular expertise in advising digital and creative clients on brand protection and other intellectual property issues.
The team’s core client base comprises entrepreneurs and owner-managed businesses operating in multiple sectors across the UK.
Andy has almost 25 years’ experience working as a corporate and commercial lawyer in private practice and as in-house counsel in various industry roles.
