The new layout separates the sports bar from a more relaxed restaurant area, ensuring all guests can enjoy their visit, whether they’re looking for a lively atmosphere or a family-friendly dining experience.
The community hero selected to pull the first pint to mark the pub’s opening was well-loved regular Chris Neal. Also in attendance was the North West Guide Dog Association, which has a regional centre based in Atherton.

To celebrate the reopening, local community hero Chris Neal was invited to pull the first pint.
The pub, located near Pennington Flash Country Park and Parsonage Retail Park, is set to host regular events including live singers every Saturday, and will make the most of its upgraded sports screens, streaming Sky Sports and TNT Sports throughout.
