Redrow will be holding a Help to Sell event on Saturday, May 10 from 10am – 5.30pm at Bishop Meadows on Cocker Mill Lane.
House hunters are invited to the event to speak to Redrow’s sales team who will be on hand to discuss the benefits of Help to Sell as well as Part Exchange specialists New Home Solutions who will talk visitors through the scheme and what it entails.
“If homeowners decide to use our Help to Sell scheme, our team and our estate agent partners will do a lot of the work to market and sell the existing property,” said Steve Jackson, regional sales director at Redrow.
“We’ll agree a valuation and marketing plan for the existing home and work with agents to achieve a quick sale. It’s all designed to make things easy and convenient.
“One of the biggest costs when selling your house is the estate agent's fee. This may be a percentage of the selling price or a fixed fee. However, for customer’s using Help to Sell, we will contribute towards these fees.”
Located between Royton and Shaw, Bishop Meadows will eventually be home to more than 200 properties, five acres of green space and its own orchard.
Homes all hail from Redrow’s arts and crafts inspired Heritage Collection and feature air source heat pumps providing heating and hot water, as well as underfloor heating to the ground floor, reducing homeowners’ energy use.
