Blood Bikers receive King's Award

West Yorkshire voluntary Blood Bikers have received the King's Award For Voluntary Service.

The Lord-Lieutenant of West Yorkshire, Ed Anderson, CBE presented the hand-signed certificate from King Charles at a ceremony held at Birties, Elland.

Joining the presentation of the prestigious award, which is the MBE for Voluntary Groups in the Community, were Mayor of Calderdale, Coun, Ann Kingstone and the High Sheriff of West Yorkshire, Prof. Adeeba Malik.
