Boasting a brighter, modern aesthetic, the Travellers Home renovation has completely transformed the pub.
A refreshed bar updated soft furnishings, and an enhanced dining area and extended beer garden has given the pub a brand-new lease of life, which will provide guests with a relaxed, welcoming environment to enjoy their visit.
Along with the latest look, Travellers Home menu will also feature delicious popular guest favourites such as the ever-so indulgent the Dirty Clucker, mouth-watering Crispy Sweet Chilli Chicken and the impressive Pork Tomahawk. If that wasn’t enough dive into a Caramelised Waffle which is sure to become one of your all-time favourite desserts.

The family-friendly the Travellers Home shows the best of live sport, and you can pre-book your table to get the comfiest seats in the house. The pub will host a poker night every Tuesday from 8pm. As part of the refurbishment the Travellers Home will also unveil its newly refreshed private area making it the ideal venue for events such as weddings and birthdays. The refurbished space has a capacity to comfortably seat up to 100 guests, offering flexible options for any occasion.
The Travellers Home is also currently recruiting for 7 additional team members to work both front of house and as part of the kitchen team.
The pub also sponsors the local over 40s football team FC Santos, who are always on the lookout for new players. As the heart of the local community the pub also prides itself on its charity fundraising have raised money for Bexley Hospice and support local schools in the area with raffle prizes. They’re currently fundraising for the homeless charity Social Bite.
Four-legged friends are also welcome at the Travellers Home. The pub is dog-friendly, with dogs on leads welcome in both the indoor seating area and the beer garden outside. water and dog treat available on request to ensure dogs are as comfortable as their owners.
