Located in the heart of East London's street-art district near Brick Lane, the Early Birds Diner invites guests to step into Hopper's painting and enjoy an exclusive breakfast menu crafted by chef and content creator Joseph Denison Carey. The menu features a variety of Alpro products, including vanilla pancakes made with Alpro Vanilla, offering a delicious plant-based start to the day.
Joseph Denison Carey expressed his excitement about the project, stating: "It's pretty cool to be part of something so unique – this immersive art and dining experience is like no other and bringing it to Londoners is a privilege. I can’t wait to share my exclusive menu curated for Alpro’s Early Birds Diner, which will only be available at this event! All that and you get to eat inside a famous painting. I can’t wait for London to experience this!”
The Early Birds Diner taps into mid-20th century American nostalgia, transforming the 1940s nighttime diner scene into an authentic breakfast setting. Key elements such as the wooden bar and stools extend into the space, making guests feel as if they've stepped into the painting. Alpro has also added a milk float to reimagine what else could have been in the 1940s scene.
For those unable to secure breakfast reservations, the diner will also serve free coffee all day on a walk-in basis, provided by B-Corp coffee brand True Start and served with Alpro Barista Serve.

Following the success of Nighthawks-inspired murals across European cities in 2024 and the Alpro Early Birds Diner in Dublin, the London event promises to be a hit.
The Early Birds Diner will be open to the public from March 28 to 30 at 19 Hanbury Street, Truman Brewery, East London.
Guests can book an hour slot for a free breakfast via Eventbrite on a first-come, first-served basis and free coffee is available without a booking from 27th!
