Tom brings 11 years of industry experience from his time at Colliers. Based in London, he has an impressive track record in managing large-scale logistics projects as well as an extensive background in major retailer and distributer pre-lets.
Will joins from Cushman & Wakefield and will be expanding JLL’s services across the Midlands. During his previous 10 years, he has been instrumental in a number of high-profile speculative developments and transactions.
Tom and Will join Sophie Kettlewell, who has been with the business for seven years, to form a team of three national Directors. Together, their expertise reinforces JLL’s Big Box leasing capabilities and will enable JLL to work closely with key regional offices and the wider Capital Markets team to deliver comprehensive expert advice across the UK.
