London named UK’s luxury care capital In new national index

The ranking celebrates Britain’s best-performing care homes, with everything from regulator ratings to staff and resident wellbeing and digital innovation taken into account.

The city is setting the standard for what modern elderly care should look like with many of London’s top-ranking homes offering state-of-the-art amenities including cinemas, spas, private chefs, fully equipped gyms, and riverside views.

Among the 15 recognised homes, Frognal House Care Home in Sidcup and Woodlands House Care Home in Colliers Wood were handpicked as Experts Choice by Lottie’s in-house team of care experts from over 14,000 care homes nationwide. Both homes have been celebrated for their exceptional performance across all ranking criteria, going above and beyond to offer outstanding care and meaningful experiences.

Homes were recognised in four award categories: Quality of Care, Operational Excellence, Digital Impact, and Workplace Culture.
