Joining from Turley, Bindu has more than 17 years’ experience of managing large project teams and advising clients on successful funding bids such as Levelling Up, Shared Prosperity, Community Renewal, and Local Growth Deals. She will play a key role in strengthening the Pegasus Group Economics team in the South East and joins at a time of strategic growth for the business.
As an Economic Development professional and Better Business Case practitioner, Bindu has led independent technical appraisals of over 120 business cases for Combined Authorities and Local Enterprise Partnerships. Having worked closely with several local and combined authorities and private developers on development strategy, she will now focus on advisory services around business cases and outlining the economic and social value created within regeneration projects and planned new developments.
Select highlights of Bindu's experience includes Business Case inputs for Centre for Alternative Technology, Health Innovation Neighbourhood, Energising Blyth, Harlow Gilston Garden Town. In her new role, she will play a key part in expanding the advisory services around business cases and funding solutions, while working closely with Richard Cook, Head of Economics to bolster Pegasus’ nationwide practice.
