Planty, the leader in nutritious, chef-prepared and plant-based meals, is thrilled to announce the appointment of two ex-allplants professionals, Samuel Rodriguez and Mimi Phillips.
Samuel Rodriguez has been appointed as full-time Head Chef at Planty. Samuel has a wealth of experience, including three years at allplants. He is now leading in-house team and driving the production of more meals, exploring new recipes, and ensuring that Planty’s high quality is consistently maintained.

Mimi Phillips joins as part-time Freelance Development Chef, bringing over eight years of experience in the food industry. Her passion for food led her to a career in recipe development, spending four years at allplants, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s offerings. Mimi has already crafted three new Planty meals, delivering excellence and ensuring customers return for more deliciousness.

From 2024 to 2025, Planty experienced an impressive 105% growth, driven by the rising demand for its delicious plant-based meals.
As part of its commitment to innovation, Planty is focusing on creating higher-protein dishes while reintroducing some of allplants most popular meals. The company is also developing exciting new meals to attract new customers, including Green Orzo with Cashew Stracciatella, Lebanese Bowl, Golden Laksa, and a Protein Power Buddha Bowl.
