Cranley Gardens was evaluated across fundamental criteria such as safety, effectiveness, responsiveness, leadership, and the overall quality of care. Inspectors found that the home had made significant improvements, highlighting a consistent and stable management team that has fostered a positive and supportive environment for residents.
The report emphasised that residents receive appropriate medical attention, dietary support, and overall well-being assistance. Inspectors also noted that residents are cared for in a clean and safe environment and are treated with dignity and kindness by the dedicated staff. While many residents and their families praised the team’s dedication, the report identified opportunities to further enhance person-centred care practices.
