Taylor Wimpey launches new development in Little Lever

Taylor Wimpey Manchester has announced the launch of its new development, Lever Valley, situated in Little Lever on the Bury and Bolton boundary.

Lever Valley Remote Launch - Aynesdale House

From Friday 20th June, Lever Valley’s first two, three, and four-bedroom homes will be on sale. The launch will provide interested buyers with an exclusive opportunity to find out more about Lever Valley from the nearby Eaves Green development in Chorley. Prospective homeowners can view detailed site plans, access home floor plans, make a reservation and connect with the sales team ahead of the Lever Valley sales office and showhome launch in Autumn 2025.

Lever Valley is set to bring 131 new homes to the community, with 15% allocated to affordable housing. The development will include a collection of two, three and four-bedroom homes to suit a variety of buyers, including mews, semi-detached, and detached housing styles. All homes are designed with energy efficiency in mind, featuring solar panels, EV chargers, and triple glazing.

In addition to new housing, the development will include approximately two hectares of open green space with a play area for residents. Plus, bird and bat boxes, and hedgehog highways will feature throughout the development.

Various schools, shops, amenities, leisure parks, and clubs are within easy reach of Lever Valley. With Bolton town centre just a 15 minute drive away, Bury Town Centre just over 6 miles away, and fantastic transport links to Manchester, there are also plenty of further entertainment options, including Middlebrook Retail Park and the home of Bolton Wanderers Football Club.

Sam Evans, Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey Manchester, said: “We are excited to be launching a brand-new community in Little Lever. This development gives future residents a fantastic selection of homes, family-friendly community, and a chance to explore the surrounding areas.

“Potential buyers are able to visit the nearby Eaves Green site in Chorley to get a feel for life in a Taylor Wimpey home before our sales office and showhome launch this Autumn.

“We encourage anyone looking to make a move to Little Lever to visit Eaves Green in Chorley from Friday 20th June or get in touch with the Taylor Wimpey sales team to find out more on available homes.”
