Anwyl Homes is opening a professionally designed and fully furnished four-bedroom ‘Cheltenham’ on Friday, June 20 to showcase its Dalton Fields development, of Wilbraham Road.
Graeme Gibb, sales director for Anwyl Homes, said: “Chorlton is a hugely sought-after area to live but new homes here are rare, so our development has drawn strong interest since it launched off-plan earlier this year.
“Our new show home will give potential purchasers the chance to view our specification close up and get their first preview inside a completed home. We’ll also be moving our sales office into an Evesham design next door, offering another opportunity to see a fully built home as our development takes shape around them.”
The Cheltenham is laid out across three storeys and has been styled by Knutsford-based Lifestyle Interiors. Its ground floor features a large living room to the front and a combined kitchen, dining and family room to the rear, with French doors leading to the private garden.
On the first floor are three bedrooms, the largest of which boasts an en-suite, while the other two share the family bathroom. The highlight of the home can be found on the top floor, where the impressive main bedroom suite offers an en-suite shower room and large fitted wardrobes.
Graeme added: “While the show home will help customers to visualise how other homes will take shape, our interactive VR technology gives buyers the chance to see every house and street of Dalton Fields on screen. They can take in the views around them via the virtual street tour or look around the home via the simulated interior tour. It’s a brilliant tool to help them to imagine themselves living in their preferred home before it’s physically built.”
Dalton Fields is bringing a total of 65 much-needed new private sale and affordable homes to the area. The homes are being built on land formerly known as Harry Dalton Fields, which closed to the public in 2016 and was owned by The Greater Manchester Youth Federation.
As part of the planning agreement Anwyl will contribute almost £558,000 to the local community, with the majority of the funding earmarked for sports and playing field provision.
Current prices on the collection of three and four-bedroom private sale homes are from £629,995 to £829,995.
Each modern home is highly energy efficient, featuring air source heat pumps to provide heating and hot water in place of traditional gas boilers. Each house will also have an electric vehicle charging point.
The show home launch event takes place on Friday, June 20, from 12pm to 5pm. Those planning to attend on the Friday can RSVP on the development webpage or by calling 01618 841 400.
From Saturday, June 21 the show home and new sales office will be open seven days a week, from 10am to 5:30pm.
