The Woman Who Achieves Awards, founded by Sandra Garlick MBE in 2016, celebrate the achievements of women in business across the UK. This year marks the 10th anniversary of the awards, which will be held at the stunning Coombe Abbey Hotel on 9th May 2025.

Catherine’s unique coaching approach blends her background in education with her own personal experience of divorce. She offers bespoke support to high-achieving women, helping them regain their independence, reduce legal costs, and prioritise positive co-parenting. Through her personalised STEP programme, she supports clients emotionally and practically—empowering them to make confident decisions about their future.

“I believe divorce doesn’t have to be destructive,” says Catherine. “With the right support, women can come through it stronger, calmer, and more in control. I’m passionate about showing that separation can be handled with dignity, compassion and purpose—especially when children are involved.”

Sandra Garlick MBE, the founder of Woman Who, is dedicated to creating more female role models in business to inspire others. As a Business Growth & Visibility Strategist, Sandra works with women to help them power up their personal brand, get visible, and find the confidence to share their stories. Her work has earned her an MBE in the 2020 New Year’s Honours List for services to women in business.

Catherine adds: “To be recognised alongside so many inspiring women is an incredible honour. This nomination is a celebration of all the women I’ve supported who’ve found strength in one of life’s most difficult chapters.”
