Whether it’s an office celebration or a birthday bash, the Manchester restaurant is now catering a selection of their classic dishes for local occasions, including a selection of legendary burgers, famous fajitas, and party platters.
Perfect for burger-lovers, The Big Cheeseburger Bundle contains 12 cheeseburgers, individually wrapped and dressed with American cheese, lettuce, tomato and red onion. Potato chips, cookies, and all your favourite condiments (ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise) are served on the side. A Build-Your-Own Burger Bar is also available for party guests to create their own signature burger, as well as a Build Your Nachos Bar, made up of all the classic ingredients to top the chips with.
The Famous Fajitas has the option to serve Double Protein (10-12 people), or Triple Protein (15-18 people), and is curated with the dishes’ favourite salad and sauce ingredients with a selection of meat including Grilled Chicken, BBQ Grilled Chicken, BBQ Pulled Pork, Grilled & Marinated Steak, and Moving Mountains (vegan).
For classic smokehouse fans, a BBQ Bundle is perfect for any celebration. This meaty bundle boasts Baby Back Ribs, Jumbo Wings, and BBQ Pulled Pork, and is served with their signature Twisted Macaroni & Cheese, Black Beans, Coleslaw, Garlic Bread, and extra BBQ sauce.
With their family-style salads feeding approximately 10-12 people and the side salads serving approximately six people, the restaurant can also serve Jumbo Wings to parties ranging from 25 to 100 people; these are served with classic wing sauce, BBQ sauce, fresh celery, and ranch & blue cheese dressing. Their Chips, Guacamole & Salsa serves 3-6 people, and is made up of fresh guacamole, pico de gallo, grilled tomato salsa, and seasoned tortilla chips.
Whether you’re opting for a foodie bundle or smaller spread, add-ons are available to complete any buffet, including Macaroni & Cheese, Classic Potato Chips, Classic Coleslaw, Black Beans, Fresh Guacamole, Shredded Mixed Cheddar, and Chocolate Chip Cookies.
Premier catering packages are also available for every celebration which includes stainless chafing holders for all proteins/hot items, as well as Sterno candles for the perfect office celebration or house party. Ideal for multiple uses, the Catering Kit can also be reused for future orders.
