New homes coming soon to Cotgrave

The first homes at Taylor Wimpey’s Colston Gardens development in Cotgrave will be released for sale on Saturday 21st June.

The development, located off Colston Gate, will provide a choice of 90 three and four bedroom homes, along with a range of one and two bedroom properties available exclusively to first time buyers.

The homes will include energy efficient features such as solar panels and electric vehicle charging points. The development will also incorporate nature-friendly features, including hedgehog highways, beehives and wildflower areas, to support local wildlife.

The first homes at Colston Gardens will be released for sale on Saturday 21st June from the sales office at Taylor Wimpey’s  Bingham Gate development on Burrows Dr, Bingham, Nottingham NG13 7AT.

A dedicated sales area and show homes at Colston Gardens are expected to launch in July, located off Colston Gate, Cotgrave, Nottinghamshire, NG12 3JY.
