The side hopes to repeat history after Newark and Sherwood United defeated Carlton Town in the 2022 Notts Senior Cup.
A hat trick by stalwart Kieran Cummings was enough to hold Radford at bay and secure victory for The Highwaymen.
Cummings was a handful for the opposition the entire game - hitting a quickfire missile home in the third minute before Radford equalised around the halfway point of the first half.
Undeterred, Cummings again struck and put his side up 2-1 by half-time with a goal just before the break.
He put the game beyond doubt in the 58th minute when he converted a nice goal off the back of a great Louie Jarvis cross.
Elation erupted at the final whistle for the Green and Orange as they look to add their second county cup trophy to the cabinet.
Manager Romaine Graham who was a player in the last final said: "KC does what KC does and he has really found his form again.
"But I have to give credit to our centre halves as well, it is great to see them do the basics.
"In fact, I could name all of my players as doing a great job in the match.
"I am very happy.
"We now have the final to look forward to, I am really enjoying being the manager here."
