David Garland, Senior General Manager, started at Barchester in June 2015 and has worked with residents and their relatives to ensure that their needs have been met over the years.
Adele Keenan, Employee Services Director at Barchester said: “I’m always pleased to hear stories about the long service of Barchester staff and am delighted David Garland has achieved this milestone. It is dedication like this that ensures our residents are provided with a happy place to live.”
David said: “I am delighted to celebrate this milestone with all my colleagues. I have greatly enjoyed my time so far here at Kirkburn Court. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to all my team members that I have had the honour of working with over the last 10 years. They have all contributed to make Kirkburn Court the wonderful home that it is.”
Regional Director, Wendy McGowan, presented David with a commemorative gift and the whole team enjoyed a small party to celebrate.

Kirkburn Court provides residential care, nursing care and dementia care for 59 residents from respite care to long term stays.
