Aldi colleague in Netherton celebrates 25 years at the supermarket

An Aldi colleague in Netherton is celebrating their work anniversary after 25 years at the UK’s fourth-largest supermarket.

Louise Rose is celebrating 25 years with Aldi

Louise Rose, a Store Assistant at the Netherton store, first joined the supermarket in 2000 after previously working as a receptionist.

Louise is an integral part of Aldi’s Netherton team and has gone above and beyond in her role over the years.

Speaking of her time at Aldi, Louise commented: “I feel very lucky to have had a job I enjoy for so long, with many varied roles. The flexibility has been great, allowing me to fit work around my family life.”

As for a Specialbuy that gets her running to the middle aisle, Louise said: “I love the beauty and skincare products, particularly the Lacura range. I’m always excited to see what comes into store.”

Marius Manolescu, Regional Managing Director at Aldi UK, said: “With around 45,000 colleagues in the UK, it’s fair to say that people are our biggest and most brilliant asset at Aldi.

“Louise is no exception, and her commitment to Aldi’s values is testament to why we are loved by so many. We look forward to celebrating even more of her achievements in the coming years.”
