Peter Fuller, from Camberley, has seen his dream of owning an electric car come true after winning a Tesla Model Y Juniper courtesy of BOTB.

The 52-year-old was in a hotel for a work meeting when BOTB presenter Christian Williams turned up to surprise him with the exciting news and handed him the keys to his new car, which was in the car park.

A passionate advocate for clean energy and reducing his carbon footprint, Peter was overwhelmed with emotion as Christian revealed the win.

“That is incredible,” said Peter, who runs a company specialising in the design and manufacture of sustainable merchandise.

“It’s a dream to win something like this. It’s the best surprise ever.”

The Tesla Model Y Juniper combines stylish design with performance and practicality, making it a top choice for families looking to go electric.

“I’ve wanted an electric car for so long,” said Peter. “I’m very much into my carbon footprint, especially with having four children. It’s all about doing what I can to save the planet for them and set the right example.”

Peter’s wife already drives a Tesla Model Y – and he joked that she might be just a little envious of his win.

“I love the Teslas and think the technology behind them is just brilliant. The great thing is, I’ve also got space for the two dogs in the back now,” he said.

Peter added he plans to celebrate his win with a big family party.

Christian said: “This was such a fantastic moment. Peter’s reaction was just pure joy – and it’s clear how much this means to him.

“The Tesla Model Y Juniper is one of the most exciting electric vehicles on the market right now, and I can’t think of a more deserving winner.

“He’s someone who genuinely cares about sustainability and the future – for his kids and for the planet. That’s what makes this win extra special.”

Leading car competitions company BOTB hands over the keys to a stunning dream car each week, as well as offering lifestyle prizes.

It also offers people the chance to win a holiday, cash, tech, cars and more in its Instant Wins Competition.

Founded by William Hindmarch in 1999, BOTB has given away £92.6m-worth of cars so far.
