Garages at 45-55 Martin Way are among 166 lots in the latest auction being held by one of the top five property auctioneers in the UK, Clive Emson Land and Property Auctioneers.
Offered as one lot, the garages are listed with a freehold guide price of £50,000 to £55,000 at the firm’s auction which ends on Thursday 12 June.
Senior Auction Appraiser and Auctioneer Richard Payne said: “Currently let at £2,280 per annum, the four garages form the central block of a compound of eleven garages located on the north side of the compound.
“The garages are currently let with Garages 5, 6 and 7 producing £40 per calendar month and Garage 8 producing £70 per calendar month. We consider them ideal for continued investment.”
The garages are of concrete construction with a width of 6ft 6ins and height of 7ft. They each have flat roofs and up-and-over doors. The site extends to 0.04 hectares (0.1 acres).
The site is approached via vehicular access from Martin Way in the secondary commercial thoroughfare just off the A24 between Raynes Park and Mitcham.
There are comprehensive local shopping facilities and amenities, including South Merton railway station nearby with excellent road links to all surrounding areas.
