Alison talked about her experience as a newly elected MP in Westminster.
She has found the voting system strange as everyone passes through the lobbies, a very time-consuming process!
She also described her pride at being one of 72 Liberal Democrat MPs elected in the July general election, the party’s highest number ever.
She said, “As social care lead, I’m really pleased that Ed Davey’s focus on carers has been acknowledged and has influenced government policy.”
