Hello from the beautiful Haywards Heath, just off Greenhill Way! I'm here with local Councillor, Rod Clarke.
This part of Haywards Heath is indeed in my constituency of EGU - we've got a mixture of Mid Sussex, Wealden, and Lewes here since the boundary changes.
This is an area the town's been working on trying to bring new facilities and infrastructure alongside the new housing - the need for a school, roads, allotments, cemetery, and country park to name a few.
This is all really important and we're waiting on the Labour Government to give the green light for the school that needs to be built.
With all this speculative development talk happening, it's important we work across councils, with local councillors, and me as a constituency MP ensuring we're linking all of this together.
We need to know what infrastructure is needed, and ultimately get what we need for our area whilst working together.

We've been waiting for the school for some time now.
The school is much needed but there's been a delay from the DFE and the Labour Government.
So we're just waiting for the decision, but that's a very important part of this infrastructure because of the new houses we have.
Additionally, further down on our boundary bought by Lewes District Council because they don't have a District Plan, there's speculative development and plan for 130 houses on our boundary, which makes it important we get our road infrastructure correct because you add the developments together, it does put pressure on the services.
Just down the road in Wivelsfield, they're actually having 80 houses again, probably because they haven't got a plan.
