Detailed plans submitted for new homes off Station Road in Longstanton

Detailed plans have been drawn up for a new housing development in the Cambridgeshire village of Longstanton, which would generate an investment of more than £1.6 million in the area through planning contributions.

Site layout for a proposed 107-home development in Longstanton, Cambridgeshire. Bellway has submitted a detailed planning application to South Cambridgeshire District Council for the 11-acre site west of Station Road.
