Everflow achieves strong 2024 revenue growth and drives EBITDA up 572%

Craig Dallison, CEO, Everflow

Everflow, the UK’s leading multi-utility provider for businesses, drove double figure revenue growth in 2024 and saw the business further diversify its service offering by entering the Telecommunications market. Revenues increased by 21% to over £186 million while its EBITDA surged 572% from 2023 to £5 million.

Demonstrating the strength of Everflow’s customer-centric approach, its customer base swelled 16%, up from 94,431 in 2024 to 110,411 in 2025 and maintained healthy customer retention rates of approximately 98%.

As the UK’s fastest growing water supplier and the first to go carbon neutral, Everflow continued to gain market share in the sector, overtaking two incumbent suppliers for the first time to become the 5th largest water supplier.

Following the successful launch of Everflow’s Refuse services and with the aim of simplifying utilities for SMEs by bringing services under one roof, Everflow introduced its Connectivity services in the year, with a suite of flexible broadband and phone products that can be tailored to business’ needs.

Everflow’s strong performance sits against a backdrop of increasing financial pressures for SMEs, with employers’ national insurance contributions rising, alongside higher minimum wages and a cost-of-living crisis.

Craig Dallison, CEO, Everflow says: “Everflow launched with the ambition of making utilities simpler for businesses, challenging the status quo with a customer-centric service that offers greater transparency and competition. Our growth and customer retention rates are testament to the support and innovative solutions we offer businesses that set us apart from other providers.

"As we scale and expand our offering, proprietary technology will become increasingly core to improving the responsiveness of our services, to continue saving businesses time and money.“
